Ards Online is a new service where you can ask us a question, make a comment, compliment or complaint or request a service and track its progress - all online.

You can also apply online for a varity of licenses, permits and authorisation, whether you're a dog owner who needs a license for your pet or a business owner who needs to register with us.

We're also asking residents to sign up to receive information, news and updates on our services (for example, holiday bin collections or if our services are affected by bad weather).
